- Has handled DUI cases since 1986
- Prosecuted misdemeanor / felony DUIs for six years
- Has defended misdemeanor / felony DUIs since 1991
- Has conducted over 160 Jury Trials with primary responsibility as a Prosecutor or Defense Attorney
- Has conducted jury trials in many jurisdictions across Colorado
- Has co-tried over 200 Jury Trials with Second-Chair / Instructor responsibility to train new prosecutors
- Has tried over 200 Bench trials as either First-Chair Primary or as a Second-Chair Instructor
